All copyrights remain with the Photographer and it is agreed by the client that the photographer is the sole owner and creator all the deliverables unless otherwise stated. The photographer has the right to use photos for all social media sites, promotional purposes, website and other online posts unless otherwise stated. Manipulation, distortion, filters, edits or crops/ watermark removed from final photos is prohibited and action may be saught by photographer if the client does so. The photographre has the rights to seek action if the above has been done against their will or knowledge. Clients have rights to post or share all final products downloaded from the website.  Confidential information of the clients are not disclosed to any parties, except as required to provide the services by the photographer. A cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations may apply to client sessions not canceled within a timely manner. All photos will be delivered online via downloads at the clients ease within a timely manner of the photographer. To reserve a session date clients shall pay the photographer upon execution of this agreement a non- refundable reservation fee in the amount discussed prior of the total session cost, clients understand and agree that photographers will not book other sessions during the reserved time frame. If a refund is requested please contact the photographer in the case of acts of god or uncotrollable instances or circumstances. The photographer has the right to cancel a session due to similar issues as stated above but a refund will be given in that instance.
